BATON ROUGE, La (WVLA)  The “electronics boom” could lead to a real world problem.

According to RETREVO.COM more than 60% of consumers don't recycle their computers, printers, cell phones and television sets.

The website’s latest gadget census report believes that by 2020, there will be so much electronic trash it could fill enough dump trucks to circle the earth twice.

The degree of recycling varies by location, according to the survey.

People who are most likely to recycle live in California, Minnesota, Maryland and Oregon, while those likely to trash their electronic treasures live in Alaska, Arkansas and Georgia.

Here in Baton Rouge there are places where you can recycle your old electronics.
