Despite Economy Stores Still Expanding in B.R.

Skipper Jones is one owner who's expanding his store in Baton Rouge. He spent over 5 millon dollars in the last three months to renovate the abandoned building into a clean store. Jones says hasn't really seen a decrease in sales and wants to open more Piggly Wiggly's in Baton Rouge.
