BATON ROUGE, La (NBC33) The Louisiana Center for Health Equity (LHCE) hosted its first annual Community Health Fair Sunday at Howell Community Park. The event was held from 1:30 to 4:30 PM. Attendees were able to receive free health screenings, and information about prevention and treatment of cancer, hypertension and other diseases. The event was free and open to the public. Health screenings and health information were provided by Our Lady of the Lake College.
