Technical Director

Immediate opening for NBC Affiliate in Baton Rouge, La. This is not an entry level job. We're looking for a team player who can bring our broadcasts to the next level. Must have 3 years directing experience or equivalent in knowledge. High school diploma required. Some college helpful, but not essential. Will technical-direct live news programming. Skills/duties include editing, graphics, studio, lighting, camera experience preferred. Must be flexible with work hours. Must be willing to work early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events. Must be able to communicate well with others, both verbally and in a written fashion. Should have experience leading a technical staff including camera operators, audio operators, and studio personnel. Salary is DOE.
