BATON ROUGE, La (NBC33) - December 28, 2010 - Property values for Baton Rouge homes are expected to rise in 2011.

According to a forecast by Veros Real Estate solutions, homes in the capital city are expected to appreciate by 0.2% in 2011.

Veros says 40% of the largest us metro areas should see home values appreciate in 2011, even with a 0.7% decline of homes nationally.
