BATON ROUGE, LA (NBC33) — Local veterans enjoyed free meals today at L'Auberge Casino. And there’s still time if you missed out as it continues until 10:00 p.m. tonight.
“We are thrilled to offer our vets who served our country a complimentary buffet for either breakfast, lunch, or dinner,” Kim Ginn, VP of Marketing, L’Auberge Casino, said. “We are just so thrilled with all they do for us to serve our country. So, it's just a little bit of what we can do to give back to them."
It's something Pinnacle did at all of its casino locations in Louisiana. Today, we caught up with veterans who say they really appreciate the gesture, and tell us they are happy people remember and appreciate their service.
The meals were served to all active duty and retired military personnel.
