Slice of Baton Rouge: The true story of the ‘Elephant’s Graveyard’

BATON ROUGE, LA (NBC33) — The LSU Theatre is currently running its production of Elephant’s Graveyard. The production runs at the Reilly Theatre from Nov. 7-18.
The production is based on a true event that happened in a small Tennessee town in 1916. A failing traveling circus was facing financial ruin after an elephant tragically killed on of her trainers.
