Just in time for the holidays, the Arthritis Association of Louisiana has made available a new symbol of hope for those who suffer from Arthritis and other forms of chronic pain.

The Journey Holding Cross and prayer card were created as a constant reminder that there can be good in bad times, that hope is always greater than despair. The prayer on the card was written by none other than Karen Kennedy and Sharon Furrate of the Arthritis Association of Louisiana.

”For every cross sold by the Good Gift Company,” according to Sharon Furrate, “$15 is contributed directly to the Arthritis Association of Louisiana.” “They’re the perfect addition to the inventory of any hospital gift shop,” says Furrate, who adds “Private practice doctors have already placed orders for Journey Holding Crosses to give as gifts to bring comfort the patients they treat, no matter what illness they face.”

For more information on the Journey Holding Cross or to purchase the $15 keepsake, call (225) 761-8230 or (225) 954-7991.

The brand new RA drug called Xeljanz is having a huge impact on Rheumatoid Arthritis sufferers. As I understand it - it is a biologic and not a chemical compound.
