In Florida a teenager allegedly stole his teacher’s apple and ended up in jail instead of the principal’s office. Authorities say 18-year-old Dylan Morrison got upset with his teacher at Port St. Lucie High School. So he stole her apple, and refused to give it back, even when asked several times. So the school called police. Morrison is charged with misdemeanor disruption of a school function and petty theft.

A group of teens could be facing child porn charges for sending nude photos on their cell phones. It’s called “sexting.” Six teens in Boston ages 12 to 14 are accused of “sexting” pictures of a naked 13-year-old before the school confiscated their phones. Ben Hunt, who is accused of “sexting” explains, “I received a text from a classmate in school and then I had sent it to another classmate and then I got called down.” The teens were not arrested but could face charges when they appear in court.

One Ohio school teacher has been placed on paid leave while authorities look into her part time career as an alleged prostitute. Police say 4th grade teacher Amber Carter used her school computer to solicit sex on the website Craig’s List. Parent Reelynn Feasel says, “She seemed like a down-to-earth, nice teacher. My kids loved her.” She allegedly wrote to an undercover cop posing as a customer “Let me know if you want me to just service you of if you wanted to actually have sex.” Prostitution is a misdemeanor, using the school computer to solicit sex is a felony.

A Virginia man charged with stabbing his five-year-old son to death says he was trying to save the boy’s soul. 33-year-old Joseph Hagerman, III is charged with murder in the stabbing death of his son Joshua on Tuesday. Hagerman says he did what he did on instructions from God. Hagerman says, “I wanted to set him free.” He says god wanted him to warn people that the anti-Christ is coming. “And I believe my son knew that tonight was his night and if I didn’t do something the anti-Christ would have took his soul tonight.” Hagerman is being held without bond.
