In Warren Township, Indiana a 10-year-old and an 11-year-old face charges for dealing drugs at school. Police say a student here at Brookview Elementary witnessed a classmate selling marijuana to another classmate. That student alerted school officials who took action right away. Officials say they found 1.88 grams of marijuana on the students. Police took both boys from school to juvenile detention for dealing and possession marijuana.

A Cincinnati man is suing two police departments for forcing him to walk through is neighborhood in pajamas with polar bears on them. 62-year-old James Williams says he was getting a document from his pickup truck in his driveway when he was arrested and taken to a gas station where a man had stolen gasoline and that he was held in a police cruiser for about 20 minutes then released I his bear covered pjs.

A New York lawyer and mother is in trouble with the law because of what police say happened between her and her young daughters. Madlyn Primoff’s 12 and 10 year old daughters were fighting in the back seat while their mom was driving. Police say she got so fed up she stopped the car and demanded her two girls get out. The 12-year-old chased the car and was let back in but the 10-year-old was left behind about 3 miles from home. Police say a good Samaritan spotted the 10-year-old in tears, took her for ice cream, then to authorities. Primoff is not talking, but her lawyer says, “Ms. Primoff is a great mother with a great family and she is grateful for the outpouring of support she has received.” After a night in jail, this 45-year-old bankruptcy lawyer is out on $1,500 bail.

An Indiana man is behind bars after he allegedly attacked a store clerk with a machete. Police say 45-year-old Myron Matthews was attempting to rob the store when the clerk tried to wrestle the knife away from him. Matthews swung the machete at the clerk several times before running away without any money. Police caught up with Matthews nearby. Police say Matthews admitted to being at the store with a machete and that he had been under the influence of drugs. He faces felony battery and robbery charges.
