Goodwill Missions are an important part of building relationships between Iraqis and U.S. forces. In this report, David joins soldiers from the 165th as they loaded up in armored vehicles and started their journey into the local village. They were greeted by children who were thrilled to see American soldiers. Members of the 165th and other units walked us over to meet the Sheik, or leader of the village. After that, they were able to start unloading the school supplies and toys for the village.
