Who we are
Geaux Past Cancer is a non-profit organization providing financial assistance to cancer patients pursuing life-saving treatment options requiring travel or temporary relocation.

Why we do what we do
Geaux Past Cancer is the vision of Staci Pepitone who chronicled twice relocating from Baton Rouge, Louisiana to New York City for treatment of esophageal cancer in a blog of the same name. (

Before losing her battle in 2010, Staci was touched by the stories of many cancer patients traveling far from home and vowed to find a way to help make available every possible treatment option for cancer patients.

How we do what we do
Through local cancer patient support programs, Geaux Past Cancer provides financial assistance for local and long distance travel and lodging for local cancer patients and their caregivers.

No one fights alone.
