CACRC’s “Super Saturday” Sixth Annual Garage Sale!

All Baton Rouge-area residents are invited to participate in the Capital Area Corporate Recycling Council’s sixth annual garage sale from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Nov. 17, in honor of the upcoming America Recycles Week!

Our sixth annual “Super Saturday” will feature refurbished electronics at reduced prices including:

• Computers and laptops equipped with Windows 7
• Flat-screen monitors
• Printers
• Speakers
• Mice
• Keyboards and cables
• Stereo equipment
• Cell phones
• And DVD and CD players

Event highlights include:
• A raffle for a laptop
• A free “Kid’s Corner” featuring face-painting, balloons, and coloring pages!

The free event will take place at 1400 Main Street. Cash, credit and debit will be accepted as payment on site. Refreshments will be provided. All sales will benefit community outreach programs for the organization.

The nonprofit organization is committed to electronic scrap reduction by providing recycled computers and equipment to schools, nonprofits, and low-income families through the generous contributions of supporters, which include business, nonprofits, individuals, and federal agencies.
