Baton Rouge, La — Brent Cobb is heading to Baton Rouge, LA to perform at the Texas Club on November 2 with headliner Dustin Lynch.
Since moving to Nashville in 2008 at the request of country star Luke Bryan, Brent has had several songs on the records of Luke Bryan, Little Big Town, David Nail, Kellie Picker and Eli Young Band.
Now an artist in his own right, Brent is bringing his music directly to fans. With the release of his self-titled EP, the Georgia native has earned high praise from the music media including American Songwriter who named Brent Cobb the ‘Daily Discovery,’ and Music Row Magazine who dubbed him the ‘DisCovery Award winner,’ writing, “I can’t remember the last time a new singer-songwriter so delighted me with a debut disc.”
His debut single “Love On Me,” has hit the country radio airwaves and is available at select digital retailers. Co-written by Cobb and Jason Saenz “Love On Me” is a tongue-in-cheek, up-tempo song that portrays the casual fun of flirting.
All the pieces are falling into place for this hot new country artist. Brent says, “This is what I’ve always wanted to do. It’s a dream come true. I’m waiting for my luck to run out.” With the way the industry is reacting to his EP, this whirlwind experience will not be ending anytime soon.
