Whether you are a first time mom or a mother's day veteran, mom's we spoke to say the best gift you can give your mom is time. A sweet card also doesn't hurt.

But other mom's said try for gifts that are unexpected.

" I usually give her an outfit," said Amy Binck. "She says I give her clothes she would never buy for herself. They are always her favorite."
