All of the work that goes on behind the scene for the Super Bowl happens long before the game ever sees kickoff.

One of the biggest moments to prepare for is the half time show.

This year Madonna will take the stage and perform her newest track, “Give Me All Your Love,” as well as some “oldies but goodies.” Practice for the show happens over the course of several days. During that time, a girl’s got to eat.

Take a look at this spread.

Catering is provided by Gala Catering, which is owned by Fred Gabrielli. Each day his crew feeds 600 people working in both the cast and crew of the show.

Interestingly enough, the Dallas-based Gala Catering has a strong connection to Louisiana as well. The catering company provides a great deal of service to the film industry, so they’ve spent a lot of time in Bayou Country in recent years.

Gala Catering has seen several Baton Rouge sets such as the television series “Breakout Kings,” “Pitch Perfect,” “Battle Los Angeles,” and many more.

Outside of Louisiana, the company has served on projects such as "Terminator 2," "Planet of the Apes," and nearly all of the Adam Sandler projects.

Along with film projects, the company has served up some great dishes for our boys in black and gold. Gala Catering was also at the NFL season opener for the Saints versus the Packers in Greenbay.

As far as the Super Bowl half time show, Madonna recently told the New York Daily News that she was “extremely nervous” about her performance, and then just yesterday she told press that she assures there will be no “wardrobe malfunction.” And based off what we’re seeing from her catering menu, she will never pass out from hunger.
