The East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office is warning everyone about a job scam. Detectives say four people have reported the scam so far.

Those victims say they got a telephone call from someone claiming to be a radio personality, claiming there are open positions at the radio station; the ‘radio personality’ then askes them to wire money to New Orleans for uniforms.

The sheriff's office says there is no job offer at that station, and the money is going to scam artists in New Orleans.

Call CrimeStoppers at 344-STOP (7867) if you have any information that can help detectives find whoever's responsible.
