NBC NATIONAL NEWS — About 119,000 Care Bears pacifiers are being recalled.
The pacifiers fail to meet federal safety standards and the nipples can separate from the base, posing a choking hazard to infants and young children.
Caregivers are urged to immediately take the pacifiers away from infants and children and contact IDM Group, LLC for instructions on returning the product for a full refund.
Call IDM at 212-686-5221 or visit the company's website at www.PacifierRecall.net.
