Ford is expanding its recall of F-150 pickup trucks.

More than a million F-150's are being recalled.

The reason? To fix air bags that could deploy without warning, and possibly injure drivers.

The recall covers trucks from the 2004 through 2006 model years.

In February, Ford agreed to recall nearly 150,000 of the trucks.

From the article it sounds like the vacuum hose to the brake booster... The brakes still work, just takes you back in time when vehicles didn't have vacuum assist... Big whoop, you can still stop the truck.

All manufacturers have recalls; Ford, GM, Dodge, BMW, Toyota, Honda...............

It doesn't change my views of Ford any, I like Ford.

There are so many recalls going on these days. Now its Ford. What seems to be the problem with these trucks? A bad Ford truck accessories or parts? This is a bad news for Ford.

Nowadays, recalling of cars is in high demand. We can't deny the fact that some accidents can be the caused of car technical problems. However, Toyota is one of the lists. Toyota has declared a recall of two versions of hybrid SUV cars the vehicle company creates. More than 80,000 Highlander hybrids and Lexus RX400h vehicles are affected. The hybrid drive product on some of these vehicles has a manufacturing flaw that can cause the automobile to shut down while traveling. Here is the proof: Toyota announces hybrid Highlander and Lexus SUVs recall

Safety is the most important part of car or truck. And I appreciate the company who gives priority to the customer rather than their profit & announce recall of millions of trucks to fix the problems.
