Dani Lamana is here to talk about the Baton Rouge Freedom Walk which pays tribute to those who lost their lives in the attacks on 9/11. The freedom walk will be held at the USS Kid on Sept. 11 at 8:30 a.m.

Alicia Murphy is here to talk about Women's Week. There will be several events held throughout Baton Rouge in celebration of women. Events include sporting events and seminars among other things.

Lisa Bailey From the Baton Rouge Alcohol and Drug Recovery Center talks about there recovery programs. Ronald Stott from Community Cafe Mission Outreach which serves meals throughout Baton Rouge to those in need.

Johnnay Benjamin from Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center talks about the importance of getting screened for prostate cancer. There will be several free prostate cancer screenings throughout Baton Rouge this month.

Alecia Kleinpeter and Ronnie Nolan from Cenikor Foundation talk about the organization. Cenikor is a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center with a focus on substance abuse treatment.
