Southern is holding many major events coinciding with its Homecoming week.
The university will hold a “Fame and Fashion” Talent Show at 7:30 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 23, in the F. G. Clark Activity Center.
Monika Olivier and John Hu from the Baton Rouge Center for World Affairs are here to talk about the International Heritage Festival. It takes place October 3rd at the Baton Rouge River Center starting at noon.
Philliper Stewart from the Buddy Stewert Music Foundation and Emily Wesley 2011 Miss Downtown LC Crawfish Queen are here to talk about the 13th annual Rocktoberfest. The event features children and other performers from around Baton Rouge.
Michelle Marino from Massage Envy is here to talk about massaging for arthritis. The event will be held on October 12th at Massage Envy Citiplace. If you buy a 1 hour massage, $10 from each massage will be donated to the Arthritis Foundation.
