Livingston Arts Council offers summer art programs for all ages

Shelly Frederick with the Livingston Arts Council came on BR Lagniappe to talk about their art programs being offered for the summer. 

Frederick said that they will offer Summer Camps, one of which will have 3 days of drawing. Another Camp will include a Salute to the 50's and will feature activities such as jewelry making, pottery, and skits. The third camp will deal with art classes that focus on summertime . 

They will also offer art classes for 1st graders through adults, and also Mommy and Me classes, as well as Father and Son classes. 

Frederick said that the Livingston Arts Council is located in the Antique District in downtown Denham Springs.
