Dutchtown Lacrosse Club hold event to help wounded soldiers

Ryan Empson, Head Coach at Dutchtown Lacrosse Club, talekd about lacrosse and an event they are hosting to give aid to wounded soldiers.

The round-robin charity tournament will feature three other regional lacrosse teams - St Paul's from Covington, St. Thomas Moore from Lafayette, and Brother Martin from New Orleans.

The tournament wil be held on March 24th from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Lamar Dixon Expo in Gonzales, La.

Admission is $5 dollars for adults and all proceeds will benefit the Wounded Warriors Project- a program to help wounded veterans returning from war.
