NBC News — Bosnian Serb wartime general Ratko Mladic may be extradited within the next four days, that's according to a high-ranking Serbian Justice Ministry official. Mladic is wanted by the U.N. War Crimes Tribunal at The Hague in The Netherlands. A Serbian court ruled on friday that Mladic is fit enough to face genocide charges at the International Criminal Tribunal and has served extradition papers.
The Bosnian Serb wartime general was indicted for genocide for the 43-month siege of Sarajevo and the massacre of eight-thousand muslims in Srebrenica during the war. He was arrested last thursday after 16 years on the run.
