U.S Border agents arrest a woman wanted on animal cruelty charges in Georgia. She was trying to escape to Canada.
39 year old Christiane Judd is accused of killing about thirty animals at a rescue shelter she operated.
Last week the bones and decaying bodies of cats, dogs and puppies were discovered on the property. Many of the animals had been locked in cages.
