Firefighters came to the rescue of four baby ducks in Winter Garden, Florida.

Their mother was seen parading through a parking lot of Winter Garden Village with seven baby ducks behind her.

Annmarie Hermann works at a nearby boutique.

She learned from some shoppers that as the ducks crossed over the storm grate, four of the seven little ones fell through and were trapped below.

The fire department responded and ran to a nearby store to buy a fishing net that they attached to a long pole.

Over the next few hours, they managed to get all four ducks out.

Bystanders were thrilled to watch.

People who work at Winter Garden Village hope to reunite the chicks with their mother.

If they can't, they'll take the ducks to some type of rescue.
