Pooches of all shapes and sizes strutted their stuff in the fourth annual "Bow Wow Ween" Howl-o-ween pet costume contest.

The event hosted SPCA of Livingston gave pet owners and their pups a chance to dress up. The costumes ranged from police pooches, punk stars, and little "stinkers."

In the end it was a pumpkin that won the prize for crowd favorite. Oliver the pumpkin wearing pooches' owner Allison Falcon says costume choice is the key.

Said Falcon, "Just come out with a really cute costume. Something just cute creative, and fall like, Halloween. "

"It's great to get everybody out here with their pets," said Terri Dunlap, Director of the SPCA of Livingston. "Everybody likes to get together. It's all about spay neuter and rescue. We just love doing this every year."

Swamp People Blake McDonald and Austyn Yoches along with Denham Springs Councilwoman Annie Fugler had the difficult task of picking out which dog was the cutest of the bunch.
